OATMEAL DATES (COOKIES)

Get ready to have your mind blown with these delicious & chewy cookies that will have you feeling SUPER satisfied!

I enjoy having these as a post-workout snack or whenever I am craving something sweet. I recall I would take these cookies into work to share with my coworkers and they were always gone within seconds! Have I mentioned, you can also make your own granola using this recipe.

I must confess… these cookies are my guilty pleasure…

INGREDIENTS: (servings: 10 cookies)

(I’m going to be honest, I usually just eyeball the measurements depending on how much of each ingredient I want in my cookies), I will provide an approximate of each ingredient but you can experiment and play around with the measurements.

  • DATES

  • OATS (rolled or quick)

  • ALMOND BUTTER

  • MAPLE SYRUP

  • CHIA SEEDS

  • CINNAMON

Feel free to experiment with all of the ingredients by adding any other toppings.

  • In a food processor or with a knife, chop pitted dates into tiny pieces

  • Mix all ingredients together

  • Shape into cookies or roll into golf-sized balls

  • Cool for 15 minutes before eating

    *you can use any leftovers and toast it for a few minutes over low-heat to make some delicious homemade granola*
